According to Troy Renck of The Denver Post, the Mets have signed SP Josh Fogg to a minor league deal. The 33 year old pitcher logged a 3.74 ERA and 1.14 WHIP in 45.6 relief innings for the Rockies last season, which isn't too shabby. As far as I see it, this deal is inconsequential. Fogg at best will compete for a bullpen slot, and as you can see, he is not too bad at that. Fogg offers the Mets some pretty solid bullpen depth.
